If you listen carefully you’ll hear my newborn in the back ground of my voiceover
Starting from square 1 and it can feel discouraging but I’m seeing it as an opportunity to focus on my form while gaining my strength back.
Pre pregnancy I was (for reps) squatting 135, deadlifting 225 and benching 110 and I’m sure it’s going to take some time but I can’t wait to build that strength back!
