Hali is and always will be Jesse’s Girl (had to) but also let’s talk about how lucky Jesse is to be Hali’s guy!!! Somebody write a song about *that* please!! What a power couple. Their day was elegant and intimate and so much FUN. Something about Hali’s energy and joy while putting on her dress and jewelry had me and Sophie Axie Mae talking about the Elizabeth James bridal shop scene from Parent Trap (IYKYK), all smiles and shutters flying. And the day just kept going up from there, with such great people there to celebrate them and an amazing vendor team to boot; we left feeling so inspired. Watch till the end for a cameo from their cats!!

This is your sign to have an easygoing wedding day with as few obligations as possible. Now, I know, every wedding timeline is going to be lengthy and have notes and details (so important!), but it’s *your* big day and you can shape it how you want! Don’t want to have an official bridal party? You don’t have to! And your close friends can still be there for every moment you want them to be.

Nataly and Ryan’s wedding day was such a JOY and they had so much downtime to truly enjoy it—in the morning, Nataly even had time to help one of her sweet flower girls with her makeup. And after their ceremony, following a couple of locations for the most gorgeous photos/footage, the ✨brand new✨ Mr. and Mrs. Ward got to sit in a quiet hotel room and read their handwritten vows to each other.

For the record, I would have loved this day just as much even if it had felt hurried (as most wedding days do), but it was wonderful to see how much time these two had to do exactly what they wanted. So, so honored I got to capture it all for them!!

It could not have been more obvious how much Michaela and Lucas are crazy for each other—in both of their separate letters, they each referenced feeling like the "luckiest in the world." And Lucas' retelling of how they met at the lake?! Might as well be from a rom com. Michaela's the absolute life of the party and clearly happiest when she and Lucas are joking around together (skip to 2:13 for their mid-ceremony conversation about sweat 😅). Their senses of humor are unmatched and had everyone cracking up with them. Wish I could go back and relive this day!

Kelsee and Dave are the most warm and wonderful humans and the type of couple you'd want to go on a double date with to a local brewery 🍻. I actually saw Jessica Lauren Photography post about their engagement session at the Schlafly Tap Room and remember thinking how freaking cute they looked, so I was *thrilled* when Kelsee reached out to me about videography and I put two and two together!! Everything about their wedding day was truly a celebration of their relationship (past, present, and future) and their family and friends couldn't have been more excited for the two of them ❤️ loved this day!!

It's not often that couples write letters *and* their own vows to each other, but Camille and Carter did and it was such a gift—for their wedding video, and more importantly, for each other! Most choose to do one or the other (I get it; they're almost the same thing in many ways), but if you're hoping for inspiration on how to differentiate your letters from your vows, look no further. They also had each of their moms give a speech at the reception and I loved that so much.

These two have the sweetest story (🍬pun intended) and their long-awaited wedding day was full of excitement and warmth and fun 😊 tbh what more could you wish for!!

How am I supposed to sum up Caroline and Dominic's day?! For starters, Caroline is every bit as kind and giving as indicated in every speech given at their reception, and I could tell Dominic is just as selfless and dedicated to her and she is to him. I'll never forget when Caroline said "you look so good!" during their first look and Dom's response was "oh, it's not about me" 🥹 (see their sneak peek a few videos back, about 13 seconds in). It's such a privilege to get to witness moments/days like these!!!

Also, can we take a moment to recognize that this is the most dancing footage I've ever included in a wedding film because that's just how my-lip-gloss-is-POPPIN' their dance floor was from the moment the fireworks show started to the end when everyone had to leave for their last dance. Such a fun night and even more fun group of people!! I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, High Class DJs knows how to bring the party 🎆
