"A quiet mind equals freedom"

As a teacher and practitioner of the Far Eastern Arts for the last 30 years, Alan Jaeger, founder of Jaeger Sports and author of "Getting Focused Staying Focused", offers an alternative approach to sports and life. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Cal State Northridge, Alan began working with athletes from a holistic perspective, integrating zen, yoga and arm development. Alan has worked as a team trainer and consultant for several professional, collegiate and amateur programs throughout the country.

In this short story, Alan dives into the power of tapping into the mental game through the daily practice of meditation, and how quieting the mind can lead to a more optimized life.
