Tom Davis – Founder & Creative Lead
Tom Davis is the founder and creative lead at Matte Yellow Media, a full-service marketing agency based in St. Louis, Missouri. With more than a decade of professional experience, Tom has built a reputation for creating bold, authentic content for some of the city’s most recognized brands — including Strange Donuts, Clementine’s Creamery, Byrd & Barrel, The Tenderloin Room, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A St. Louis native, Tom spent six years in corporate America before making the leap to full-time entrepreneurship. Since launching Matte Yellow Media, he’s developed a people-first approach that blends sharp creative instincts with an ability to capture honest, human connection. Passionate about the arts and storytelling, Tom’s work bridges commercial and personal worlds — from showcasing local businesses to documenting nonprofit missions and producing powerful branded content. Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and father, drawing daily inspiration from his family and the vibrant St. Louis community he calls home.
Sekondtry / Larry Bommarito – Photographer & Visual Storyteller
A St. Louis-based creative blending documentary style with artistic vision, Larry’s work spans architecture, music, portraiture, and journalism. As the official photographer for the STL Fire Dept., he’s captured powerful, real moments. He’s toured with major artists, collaborated with top brands, published a book, and continues to document the soul of the city with purpose and authenticity.
Kelly Lee – Lead Graphic Designer & Branding Specialist
Kelly is the H.O.T. head behind Hype of Type, bringing over 14 years of experience in graphic design, brand identity, and visual storytelling. From logos and apparel to murals and product packaging, her work blends creativity with marketing savvy. Kelly doesn’t just make things look good—she solves design puzzles with precision and passion. Whether you’re launching something new or reimagining an existing brand, she’s here to bring your vision to life with thoughtful, strategic design.
Tom Inglish – Senior Video & Audio Producer
With 25 years of audio editing experience and over a decade of video production under his belt, Tom Inglish brings elite-level precision and creativity to every project. From 6K RAW video and 32-bit pristine audio to crisp photography and studio-grade lighting, Tom’s technical expertise is matched only by his storytelling instinct. His specialties include brand stories, corporate interviews, product and food content, events, commercials, documentaries, music videos, and voiceover work. He also works extensively with green screens, social ads, and podcast/audio production.
Baylee Jackson – Operations Manager & Community Connector
Born and raised in St. Louis, Baylee brings heart, hustle, and a deep passion for people into everything she does. She’s the founder of Fun by the Bay sensory kits and co-founder of The Content Social STL, a community-focused platform that uplifts and connects local creators. With a background in content creation, livestreaming, and social strategy, Baylee excels at the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep a brand consistent and connected. As a mom of two and a natural relationship builder, she keeps our team aligned and our clients supported—while making everyone feel seen and valued.
Jimmy Peskar – Director of SEO & Ad Management
Jimmy is a digital marketer with a brain built for both science and strategy. With a degree in biology from Missouri State University, his pivot into marketing started by building websites for professors—and quickly evolved into a full-blown passion for SEO, Google Ads, and lead-generation systems that actually work. He specializes in helping brands get found, get traffic, and get results online. Outside of work, Jimmy’s still a scientist at heart—gardening, exploring nature, dancing, and staying rooted in wellness.
