Only ONE of my employees is getting a Christmas gift this year 🎁👀

And yes… it’s the six month old 😅

Before anyone panics
My staff is absolutely getting gifts.
Theirs just fits in a card 💵✨

And we celebrate together at our playroom Christmas party in January, when the holiday chaos slows down 🎄🤍

🎄⚡
Twas the week of Christmas, spirits were bright…
Until the power said “nope” and half the room lost its light. 😅

I hosted a morning coffee meet up at Grandma’s Playroom recently called Babes in Business ☕️✨

It was a casual space for local female entrepreneurs to grab coffee, connect, talk business, and share the real stuff. The wins 🎉, the struggles 🤍, and everything in between.

No presentations 🙅‍♀️
No pressure 😌
Just real conversations 💬 with women who understand what it’s like to run a business and figure things out as you go.

Getting to host it inside Grandma’s Playroom meant a lot to me 🫶 This space is all about community, and seeing it used as a place for connection in a different way was such a good reminder of why I love what I do.

If you stopped by, thank you for coming ☕️🤍
And if you are a woman in business who could use a little community with your coffee, you would fit right in 💕☕️✨

Is this a good rule?!

An I being too strict?!

12/21/2025

This one really hurt!!

Should I replace it?!

12/21/2025

What would you have done?! 🧑‍🎄

Was I right or wrong?! 🔔

If you owned an indoor playground: what would you charge? 🎊

As a parent: what’s a good price for an event like this?! 💰

👀 No wrong answers!

12/20/2025

Is this a good rule or am I far too strict?!

When do we let risky play take over and when do we make sure EVERYONE is safe?!

This is something I grapple with as a small business owner!!

But let me know what you think!
