The sun's out, Stamford — and so are the free workouts! We’ve pulled together the ULTIMATE guide to Summer Outdoor Fitness Classes happening across the city… and YES, they’re all FREE 🎉
Whether you’re into sunrise yoga, Zumba with a beat, or sweating it out in a HIIT bootcamp, there’s something happening almost every day — from Mill River to the boardwalk at Harbor Point 💪
Before you downward dog in public, here’s what you need to know:
•Mill River Park Fit Club: Waiver required. Please check in with staff before class.
•Stamford Downtown Classes: Open to all skill levels. First-timers must sign a waiver/photo release (link in 's bio).
•Harbor Point Classes: Complimentary, but RSVP is appreciated — you’ll get rain updates by email.
🧘♀️ Most classes are beginner-friendly, community-led, and fun as heck. Whether you're marathon training or just want to stretch on grass and vibe, there’s a class with your name on it.
