actually easily top 5 best days of my life 😭 met an absolute legend, 8x mr O Ronnie Coleman (AGAIN) & got him to sign my picture of us from the 2025 arnold🥹, met 🐐4x Jay Cutler, became a muffin girl randomly LOL 🤗😭 & had the BEST TIME s/o my muffin girls (we ATE FR!!!), & all of the competitors lol 😩😭 met so many amazing like minded individuals, made new friends, ate a cheeseburger bowl 😩🫠 that matched my macros hehe

the energy of this place is truly unreal & something indescribable. i don’t think you can rly grasp it until you’ve been & experienced it for yourself. i can see now how God has been working in my life & i know i was put here for a reason. (champs opened right when i moved down to FL & is DIRECTLY otw home from my work commute so it’s rly the only gym that even makes sense to go to .. & is my DREAM GYM, like what are the odds😭) this environment & community weren’t only crucial to my prep but helped me rly start to believe i have a future in the sport & can be truly successful if i believe it! i am so thankful that i get to call Champs my home gym and constantly be surrounded by olympia champs, ifbb pros, olympians & aside from all of that just GREAT ppl 😭🤗 so much gratitude & love for this community fr

also CRAZY to be surrounded by 15+ olympia titles yesterday 😭 HAHA impossible to not feel extremely motivated & also just like FLOORED BC THATS CRAZY ?!?! like whattttt. anyways YEAH IM BLESSED, TYJ !!!! 🥹😭😇🤗🫶🏻🙏🙌🏻
