FULL LEG DAY ➑️ (swipe) !!! 🩷✨πŸ’ͺ🏼

for the last 10 weeks i switched my training to a 4 day split while on prep & i have seen a big difference in my intensity & recovery switching to 2 leg days vs 3 while ive been dieting !

i’ve had some freedom in exercise selection as well which has been really fun & also challenged + taught me a great deal about exercise selection, what works best for me when it comes to training and how to best structure my training

i have been doing no more than 2-3 working sets while really focusing on keeping my volume HIGH in my sets, along with keeping intensity & form in check

some things i’ve really been focusing on with training while cutting for my competition are keeping my intensity high which is ESPECIALLY important in a cutting phase, focusing on my recovery as much as training, and incorporating more unilateral movements when it comes to glutes, hams, quads & delts specifically to bring up my balance ! 🫧
