❄️🏔️🏂 • Such a great experience working with a team I’ve only seen on video calls for the past few years. Working on the Olympics is a grind but it’s nice when you have such a rad team of people to work with.
Thanks for trapping me with your blizzard Connecticut 🙃 but it’s time to head back to the sunny west coast!

Over the summer, I got to work with an amazing group of designers to establish the new look for NBA on NBC!


We spent months concepting and exploring many designs and styles.

What we ended up with is something that’s truly amazing.

One aspect I’m realtor proud of is that I got to establish the motion theory that was used to align all of our text elements as well as setting the base animation for the team logo medallions. Another element I got to take through completion is the player bump.

A dope effect that we took time to refine was all of the glass-looking elements you’ll see throughout the season. I think the UI team should watch and take some notes. 😆
