The city council for the City of West Branch unanimously approved an agreement between the West Branch Police Department and the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) department at their regular meeting Monday, Oct. 20.

Authorities are not releasing details about the man's identity until his next of kin are located and notified.
