A little neighbor girl left a rose on the porch here at Pickup Country 104.9 FM WSKV . 🌹 And I just thought, “Lord, thank You.”
Because it doesn't take something big to make your heart smile, does it? Sometimes it's a little rose left on a porch. A kind word. A cup of coffee. A song that comes on at just the right moment. A friend who checks on you.
And since it's Thankful Thursday, I think that's a pretty good reminder for all of us to slow down and notice the little blessings God puts in our path.
So today, I'm thankful for a little girl who thought enough to leave us a rose. I'm thankful for the people God has placed in my life, and I'm thankful for another morning that I get to wake up, come in here, and share some Gospel music with you.
Sometimes God's blessings come in big packages… and sometimes they look like a little rose sitting on a porch.🌹
