Our chemistry students in Ms. Neaves' class put their learning into action by making ice cream for Principal Schreppel and Vice-Principal Thompson today. Through hands-on investigation, collaboration, problem-solving, and a little creativity, students experienced science in a delicious way.

Experiences like this help bring the NYS Portrait of a Graduate to life by giving students opportunities to foster initiative, curiosity, and real-world learning.

💙🏃‍♀️ Celebrating Our Incredible Physical Therapy Team! 🏃‍♂️💙

This Physical Therapy Month, we want to take a moment to recognize the four amazing people who make up our Physical Therapy team at Clifton-Fine Hospital.

Four people. One team. And an incredible impact on the lives of so many patients.

Just to put their dedication into perspective—in the month of August alone, our PT team provided more than 1,300 treatments. Behind every one of those treatments was a patient working toward something: healing from an injury, regaining strength, improving mobility, returning to the things they love, or simply taking another step toward a better quality of life.

And behind every patient was a team that showed up with patience, encouragement, expertise, and heart. ❤️

Physical therapy isn't always easy. Progress can take time, and some days the smallest step forward can feel like the biggest accomplishment. Our PT team is there through all of it—celebrating the victories, encouraging patients through the difficult days, and reminding them that progress is worth celebrating.

To our four incredible PT team members: thank you. Thank you for the countless hours, the encouragement, the compassion, the hard work, and for treating every patient as an individual—not just a diagnosis.

The numbers tell part of the story: 1,300+ treatments in one month.

But the numbers don't tell you about the people behind those treatments, the relationships built, the confidence restored, or the lives touched along the way.

Four people can make an extraordinary difference. And our PT team does exactly that every single day. 💙

We are so proud of you and so grateful for everything you do for our patients and our community.

🩵 Happy Physical Therapy Month to our amazing PT team! 🩵

Sadly, it’s that time of year for us to close for the season. 🍂

OUR LAST DAY OF BUSINESS WILL BE SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd.

Before we close our doors for the season, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you to every single customer who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, ordered takeout, brought family and friends, celebrated special moments with us, recommended us to others, or simply continued to support us year after year.

YOU ARE THE REASON WE’RE STILL HERE.

ClubGRUB has been such a huge part of our journey. We’re incredibly grateful for the memories, friendships, conversations, laughs, busy nights, and amazing people who have become part of our story.

But as we close this season, we’re also excited to share some BIG NEWS about what’s coming next season…

🌲 ClubGRUB ADK IS BECOMING LATITUDE 44! 🌲

After a lot of thought, we feel like it’s time for a change—and we wanted our new name to have a special connection to the place we’re proud to call home.

🌲 WHY LATITUDE 44?

Latitude 44 is a nod to our place in the 44th latitude and the North Country and Adirondack region we’re proud to call home.

It represents where we are, where we’ve come from, and most importantly, the community that has supported us along the way.

We wanted a name that felt connected to home while giving us the opportunity to begin a fresh new chapter.

And while the name is changing, one thing is staying exactly the same:

❤️ THE OWNERS — LOU & SARA GILBERT.

🍔 THE FOOD YOU LOVE.

🙌 THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The people, the passion, the hospitality, and our commitment to our customers aren’t going anywhere.

This isn’t about leaving ClubGRUB ADK behind.

It’s about taking everything we’ve built, everything we’ve learned, and all the memories we’ve made—and moving forward together.

ClubGRUB ADK will always be an important part of our story. ❤️

Now, we’re ready to write the next chapter.

🌲 WELCOME TO LATITUDE 44. 🌲

Same owners.
Same great food.
Same amazing customer service.
Same commitment to our customers.
A NEW NAME. A FRESH CHAPTER.

To everyone who has supported Sara & Lou —thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

We hope you’ll continue to join us, bring your families, invite your friends, and make even more memories around our tables.

We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we’re so grateful to have you along for the journey.

ClubGRUB brought us here.
Latitude 44 is where we go next. 🌲❤️
