July is Disability Pride Month 🩵

We decided to bring back this simple fact: Anyone on this earth can become disabled at any time.

So many of us had our health one day, and lost it before we could count to three. This isn’t the only reason why the world should care about disabled people, but it is certainly something to think about. So be an ally. Fight for our rights. One day they could be your rights.

That is only one out of many reasons you should listen to and amplify disabled voices, fight for accessibility, and fight for our right to not just exist but to thrive in this world. Just caring about your fellow humans is enough of a reason 💙🌍

Sending love to everyone this Disability Pride Month. Those who are feeling loud and proud, and those who aren’t feeling it at all. That’s okay too. You do you with no shame 🩵

It is almost Co****le Season again! We will have our Co****le sign up meeting on Wednesday, July 2 at First Christian Church on Middle Road in Jeffersonville at 6:30 pm . All those interested please plan to attend.
