Here are a few quick and easy low calcalorie snacks…

boiled egges

celery and Peanut butter

mini bell peppers with cream cheese and anything bagel seasoning

mozterella cheese sticks

1/2 of a cup of nuts like: such as pecans, walnuts and pistachios

This is an easy and quick healthy snacks.

Okay Gang,

There are conflicting weather predictions, I think the latest is the storms will be gone at 6:00 PM.
If the forecast changes to thunderstorms,lightning and/or heavy rain for 6:30 pm we will not be walking.
My Mom and I are planning to go and walk, so we will be there. If it begins to thunder and lightning while we are there we will need to stop the event per Special Olympics rules. Please use your own judgement. Fingers crossed there will be no thunder, lightning or heavy rains.

Meet Moira Scott, a passionate athlete, leader, and volunteer of Special Olympics Ireland. Moira is a Fitness Captain and Paddle Able Ambassador, inspiring others with her motto:

“𝐈𝐟 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨.”

She volunteers at summer camps, supports kayaking and athletics clubs, and even coaches young kids in soccer. Whether she’s leading in the water or cheering from the sidelines, Moira shows what it means to lead with heart — a real 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏. 🌟
