STATE COLLEGE PARKING: As previously covered on WTAJ, State College is implementing a new parking pilot program to charge new parking fees for Penn State football weekends. NEVER FORGET: Members of the Centre County community gathered this morning to honor the lives lost during September 11th. LEASE DISPUTE: The Nittany Antique Machinery Association is suing Penns Cave after negotiations to renew their lease failed. According to court filings, an attorney for Penns Cave did offer the association a one year $80,000 contract with no renewal. The association says a one year contract would not work for them, putting the future of the event at risk.
