Staten Island Community Television (SICTV), now Community Media of Staten Island(CMSI) was founded in 1983 as a result of a franchise agreement between the city of New York and Staten Island Cable (now Spectrum). Permanently opened in 1988, CMSI is organized as a not-for-profit corporation under IRS Code 501C3 and currently has a board of directors appointed by the Borough President of Staten Island.

’Twas the day before holiday vacation, and the studio was bright,
With laughter, cheer, and festive vibes filling the night.
We played Planko for prizes, let the good times roll,
Ate way too much food (for the sake of the soul).
Family Feud questions had us shouting our say,
Heads Up brought the chaos in the very best way.
Secret Santa surprises were passed with a grin,
Proof that our studio family always wins.
A perfect send-off before we power down,
Holiday spirit alive all around. ♥️
