Making a Chicken & Waffle cake using the new OREO cookies. I thought this came out great and smelled just like chicken and waffles

The wafer paper cake was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It took about 30 minutes to cut the wafer paper circles out and I tried to cover up as much of the cake as I could.

Next state dessert: Indiana. I've never heard of Hoosier pie so I had to give it a try. Wasn't sure about this at first, but I really like it.

What state to do next?

Pie Recipe:
1/3 cup cornstarch
200g sugar
5 Tbsp butter
3 cups heavy cream
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Topping:
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Peach cobbler is the most popular dessert in Georgia so I had to start here and yes I used canned peaches! I like a more wet peach cobbler, but drain the syrup from the peaches if you want it more dry.

I want to try to make every state's most known dessert so y'all tell me what state and dessert to make next.

Recipe:

1 stick unsalted butter
29 oz sliced can peaches
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt

Batter:
1 cup AP flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peach juice

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
