It’s ground breaking day!

After years of buying land, drawing plans, selling land, scrapping plans, buying more land, and drawing more plans, the day has finally come. We have the building permit in-hand, and the foundation work is underway on our brand new 4500 sq ft video/photo studio in downtown Statesboro GA!

Building a studio was always a dream of mine, and I think it stems back to my love of a blank canvas. Creating something beautiful from nothing is hard work but so rewarding. When I hear people hate on blockbuster movies, I can’t help but think “Look at what they did starting with nothing!” Maybe it could have been funnier? Maybe the graphics could have been better? Maybe the acting was cringe? But what matters is their ability to go from a vision to a finished product. There’s no road map to creating art. You’ve just gotta start doing it.

This dream is becoming a reality all thanks to one man: Zach Hawk with Hawk Construction LLC. After multiple road blocks and almost giving up on having a studio space, Zach came to me at the 11th hour and basically said “Let me build it. We’ll make it work.” I can’t thank him enough for championing this team of creators!

My wife, Emma, God bless her. She’s had to put up with so many of my crazy ideas along the way, and this one was at the top. I’m thankful for her support in me, in Paros, and most of all in our family.

I set out to build a studio, and I collected some really cool and talented people along the way. So maybe the real treasure isn’t simply the studio, but the friendship we’ll be able to enjoy in a sweet studio space!

Live event coverage takes us back to our summer youth camp days! Long hours, tight deadlines, a few minutes of sleep, but in the end, we’re able to capture some amazing moments with amazing people. We truly left the Docebo 2025 conference feeling inspired by the people in the room, whether they were talking from the stage or sitting in the rows. Thank you Docebo for allowing us to capture a week we’ll never forget!

We're looking for people to be in a Georgia Southern marketing campaign. Come be a part!

Date: October 23
Time: 1 hour anytime between 8a-5p

This is a paid studio shoot that will be kind of like taking a headshot. We're looking for people aged 30-60 to portray adult students returning to or starting school at Georgia Southern University. Models will represent various academic majors, programs, and career paths. The photos will be used in a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, billboards, and advertisements, targeting potential students in the same age group.
