This OM-C Custom pairs a Sitka spruce top with extraordinary “Stillaguamish River” Maple back and sides — wood that was once part of a storm-blown tree, later submerged and preserved in the Stillaguamish River of Washington State. The result is maple with remarkable color, figure, and story.
Its voice is clear and articulate, with that signature maple shimmer—balanced by the warmth and sweetness of Sitka for a refined, open tone that rings with precision. Finished with abalone snowflake inlays and bound for Morgan Music.

Two Crossroads Customs, one shared heartbeat.

Both built from Mahogany back and sides with a 24.75” scale and 1 3/4” nut — but each headed down its own road.

East Coast bound: A 14-fret Crossroads Custom with a Thermo-Cured Sitka Spruce top, on its way to Fret Mill Music in Roanoke, VA.

West Coast bound: A 12-fret Crossroads Custom topped with Thermo-Cured Adirondack Red Spruce, heading to Organic Sounds Select Guitars in Santa Ana, CA.

Listen as Phil King takes a break from the workbench to test drive these two guitars with similar designs, and two distinct voices — you really can’t go wrong with either one!

Some woods are too special to sit on the shelf. This Huss & Dalton DS Custom features spectacular Birdseye Maple back and sides, a maple neck, and a thermo-cured Adirondack Red Spruce top—all wrapped in a gorgeous full-body sunburst. Outfitted with Waverly nickel tuners, a 1 23/32” nut, and a comfortable C-shape neck, it’s as smooth to play as it is to hear.
Truth be told, it sounds so good we almost kept it for ourselves… but this beauty is heading to Lay's Guitar Shop in Akron, OH. If you’ve been waiting for the right Maple guitar to come along, this is the one.

This TD-M Custom for Papaw Odell’s features a Thermo-Cured Adirondack Red Spruce top paired with an exceptional set of Sinker Mahogany—a tonewood becoming so scarce and striking it feels like holding a piece of history. The depth of color, grain, and character in this set is something you don’t see often.

Finished off with herringbone top trim, short-pattern snowflake inlays, a diamond neck volute, and full Ivoroid bindings, it carries the visuals of a TD-R while staying true to the soul of a TD-M.

This TD-R Custom built for our friends at Down Home Guitars is a showstopper. The East Indian rosewood back and sides feature absolutely insane grain lines, paired with a Thermo-Cured Adirondack Red Spruce top for powerful tone and vintage-inspired response. Specs include a 1 11/16” nut and 2 3/16” drop-in saddle, making adjustments down the road smooth and simple.
