Bit of trivia. On this day in 1933, construction began on the Golden Gate Bridge. It was completed in 1937. This photo from my archive shows the bridge at dusk.

The Steamboat Creates member show "Winter Wonderland", currently in the main gallery of the historic Art Depot is open today until 4. It’s the final day of the show. There's a gift shop, too, full of cards, small items, and prints. I have these 4 black and white images in the exhibition as well as some matted prints. A selection of my Santa cards are available in the gift shop (you can find them at Emerald Coffee shop downtown as well). If you're in Steamboat, stop by and give the show a look.

You can find a few of my Santa Christmas cards, featuring the images shown here, for sale at Emerald coffee shop in downtown Steamboat Springs and also in the gift shop at the historic Steamboat Art Depot. These are part of the Santa photo series that I have been doing for more than 30 years, creating a new image each year for a Christmas card.
