Starting to sell some of my vintage images as downloads! Will be listing several more throughout the week including the images I used for my mermaids! Next will be all of my vintage kitschy cards.

It's a New Year! At the start of every year I always have high hopes of carving out time to create again. I am just so busy with my other business Cassandra Midkiff Photography that it usually only lasts a few months until the Spring rush. But I am giving it another shot and am even opening up the old Etsy shop JupiterDesigns. A new piece I'm currently working on... mixed media; watercolor and paper clay. I may get back into my usual mermaid making but for now I am just enjoying the little time I have to create and explore some new mediums and subjects. I hope you all are well and that 2021 is a better year for us all! 🥰

I no longer have my JupiterDesigns page open. I had made the decision to close it but then decided I have SO many vintage items that need to be sold. If you can believe it, I am currently creating on the floor of my laundry room turned office (yes, the washer and dryer are still in here and I do have a load of laundry going 😂!) Don't mind my ugly vinyl floor, dreaming of the day we can put in hardwood. Both of my babies ages 3 and almost 6 months are taking a late afternoon nap, note the monitor. I no longer have a designated work area, maybe someday 😅

I know, I know. Every winter I pull out my supplies and create a few pieces only to get discourage from lack of time and pack it all up again. This year I've made a resolution to create and list a few pieces a month. I miss getting covered in glitter, paint and creating magical little worlds. I no longer have an office/studio for my work, it is now the sweetest little boys room 😍 but a make shift desk on the dining room table is just as good! Feels wonderful to be creating and getting covered in glitter again. 💕 Will have these and a few others listed by Sunday!! Are there any pieces you all have been missing?
