This fossilized animal bone is more than it seems... it is one of the many bones found around an ancient Hebrew sacrificial altar in Israel at an archeological site located north of Jerusalem in a city the Bible calls, Shiloh.

A High Priest from the tribe of Levi (one of the 12 tribes of Israel in the Old Testament of the Bible) would have made a "sacrifice" of an unblemished or "perfect" animal to atone for the sins of God's people before our own unblemished and perfect Savior - Jesus Christ, came to save us from ourselves centuries later. It is thought that the animal to whom this bone belonged could have very well been sacrificed by one of the well-known prophets Eli or Samuel! It is currently being DNA sequenced in the lab of The Creation Evidence Museum in Glen Rose, TX.

Dr. Baugh and his wonderful team at The CEM have blessed us here at Texas Life with the most surreal and once in a lifetime expirences. This past weekend we got to share a few of these unforgettable moments with two special friends from The Coyote Store , Leslie and Becky!

Very soon The CEM will have an incredible new project that we CANNOT wait to share with everyone! It is so BIG, so EPIC, and so MIND BLOWING that you can't afford to miss seeing it! Hey friends! We are asking for prayers for my friend Angie Hoy. She was injured severely and left blind after being hit head on by a drunk driver last November. Angie is one of the most strong and amazing souls. Her sister is her earthly warrior, carrying her through this time in her life and below is her post.
