👩‍🏫 Dr. Jean Dudley Lonie serves as the host of Uniquely Texas. A Tarleton State professor of agricultural industries, Dr. Lonie brings both knowledge and heart to every conversation, highlighting the people and places that make Texas agriculture so unique.

🎧Morgan Jackson, the head producer, is an instructor of agricultural communications at Tarleton. With a passion for storytelling and student engagement, Morgan ensures each episode is smooth, insightful, and impactful.

🎓 Presley Koho, our co-producer and student worker, is studying agricultural communications at Tarleton. Presley brings energy, creativity, and a student perspective to the production process — and keeps the team on trend!

✨ Peach Moscato Sorbet (Serves 4–6)
- 1 container Peach Reàl
- 1 lb fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, diced)
- 1/2 cup Moscato wine
- Dash of salt
Purée all ingredients, freeze in an ice cream maker, and enjoy a scoop of freedom!
