Please be careful of any letters or phone calls you may receive as annual Medicare enrollment and open enrollment draw nearer!

My other half received 5 calls in a matter of an hour yesterday with agents trying to chance his plan from a call center Miami and a number beginning with 817. When I called them back to question it I was hung up on every time and now blocked!

So what did I do to stop those calls?

I called numbers back and asked who I was speaking to, what was the company name and what was the person's NPI (national producer identification number) as any legit health agent has one! Every single one of them refused to give me information and when I reminded them he is on the DNC (do not call list) and that any list they bought for leads must be scrubbed thru there or otherwise they are reportable.... boom, click if it hadn't happened as soon as I asked for their NPI #.

WE GET BOMBARDED with calls just as you do, learn to protect yourself. NEVER ANSWER ANY QUESTION with YES. They have it recorded and will use it as your consent to Jack with your plan!

We've had agents steal clients by cutting their incomes and screwing up their subsidies, they promise a zero monthly premium plan but at what cost? (One client was a change in half their income giving them a $2k a month penalty had we not caught it quickly) We monitor accounts best we can to prevent these things!

Watch for fraud letters or TV promises of discount cards, additional benefits etc.

Kannonball Insurance Solutions LLC knows what plans offer and if it's something we don't we will damn sure look into it for you before you get swindled in something that sounded good but then come to find out it doesn't cover your doctors or some of your meds, all for what, a $200 grocery card?
