Crunchy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.
3. In a shallow dish, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Place the flour in a separate shallow dish, and the beaten eggs in another shallow dish.
5. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all chicken strips.
6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Add the breaded chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
9. Warm the Alfredo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
10. Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a spoonful of Alfredo sauce in the center of each tortilla.
11. Place a few cooked chicken strips on top of the sauce, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
12. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly.
13. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet.
14. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
15. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Crunchy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Wraps!
