They know pain, but they also know glory. And while some do it for personal achievement, others do it to rai...

Last week's August issue featured an article I wrote myself on Stephen Nedoroscik the pommel horse gymnast who took the Olympics by storm with his adorable personality and Clark Kent Mems. This is the first article (other than my real estate columns) I have ever wrote. Mark and I bought the Sterling Meetinghouse News in 2018 and for the past 6.5 years I have been managing the content and the writers but never wrote an article myself. I was inspired by Stephen as many people have been and I hope you enjoyed the story. If you missed it, below is a link to the article.

Have you ever thought about becoming a real estate agent? Most people don’t know that in addition to being a top agent in Central Mass, I am also a certified Massachusetts Real Estate instructor and I teach the prelicensing class to become a licensed real estate agent in MA. The state required class is a 40 hour curriculum that goes over Contracts, Fair Housing, Appraisals, Financing and more. My next class starts Monday July 8th. This class will run Monday – Friday July 8th – July 19th from 6-10pm each night. After the 10 nights, you will have completed the 40 hours required by the state and will be eligible to apply for your test. If you are interested in taking the class, you can register on my website www.centralmassrealestateschool.com
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. The class is taught at my office on Route 140 in Sterling. There is limited seating so please register early to reserve your spot.

This class covers the mandatory 40 hours needed by the state of Massachusetts as the MA pre-licensing class before taking your salesperson exam. We also help with Real Estate tips and job placement after the class!
