Honey Pot
Bright, floral, and kissed with sunshine. A luscious blend of raspberry yuzu, lemon-infused gin, honey-lavender syrup, and the golden vanilla warmth of Licor 43. Topped with a sprinkle of dried raspberry dust—because spring deserves sparkle.

Mount Mushmore
An earthy, smoky, tropical odyssey. Shiitake-infused mezcal meets grilled pineapple, fresh lime, tamarind syrup, coconut water, Cointreau, and Domaine de Canton. Rimmed with black lava sea salt—it’s bold, savory, and just wild enough to hike.

Keep Calm and Carrot On
Carrot-ginger simple syrup leads the way in this zesty, spiced rum and Aperol cocktail. A playful balance of bitter, sweet, and spice, garnished with a candied carrot and fresh mint leaf. A root-to-glass revival. (New variations sprouting soon!)

Here’s a behind-the-scenes peek at all the delicious chaos that went into our last wedding event! Wedding season has officially crashed the party — and I’m here for it with shakers in hand and garnishes flying.

We served up a cran-orange ginger mule (yes, it’s as delicious as it sounds), a decadent white + dark chocolate espresso martini that had guests dancing before dessert, and a signature stunner from the bride and groom: a floral-ginger dream made with elderflower and ginger liqueurs — classy, zesty, and a total crowd-pleaser.

Annual Spring Festival of West Annapolis!
I was challenged to incorporate floral ingredients into my cocktails—and I think the mission was accomplished.

Petal to the Metal (my personal favorite) had a bright, tart profile from champagne syrup and lemon juice, balanced beautifully by the smooth richness of vanilla. Yellow saffron took center stage without letting the yellow Chartreuse overpower (a tricky balance). A subtle infusion of sunflower and marigold added gentle herbaceous notes through a simple syrup that truly earned its place in this cocktail.

Ultra Violet Behavior (the crowd favorite) was a delicate dance of lavender and elderflower, paired with a neutral spirit—vodka, because let’s face it, Annapolis still fears gin. A bar spoon of honey added just the right touch of warmth to soften the citrus and enhance the dramatic color shift of butterfly pea flower.

Final thoughts: Florals were the theme, and every sip proved they belong in the spotlight.
