Grilled Lobster and Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster tails and shrimp with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional lemon wedges.😋😋❤️

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus (Quick & Healthy) 🫛🍣
INGREDIENTS
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets Skin-on is ideal for retaining moisture.
1 pound asparagus spears Choose bright green spears with firm tips, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon Sliced into rounds
3 cloves garlic Minced
1 teaspoon salt To season the dish
½ teaspoon black pepper For a touch of heat
Optional herbs:
Dill, parsley, or paprika for extra flavor
INSTRUCTIONS

reheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prep the ingredients: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
Assemble the foil packets:
Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray.
Arrange a handful of asparagus spears in the center.
Lay a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus.
Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Add minced garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.

Maple Glazed Bacon Cheeseburger Poutine
Ingredients:
1 lb frozen French fries
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cheese curds or shredded mozzarella
6 slices maple-glazed bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup hot beef gravy
½ cup maple syrup (for glazing the bacon)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Bake the French fries according to the package instructions until crispy.

Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Steak:
2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut) 🥩
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
4 tbsp butter 🧈
4 cloves garlic, smashed 🧄
Fresh thyme or rosemary 🍃
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
For the Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped 🥔
1/2 cup sour cream 🍦
1/4 cup milk 🥛
2 tbsp butter 🧈
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
2-3 green onions, chopped 🧅
Bacon bits (optional) 🍖
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
For the Pasta Salad:
200g pasta (rotini or penne) 🍝
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1/4 cup cucumber, diced 🥒
1/4 cup black olives, sliced 🫒
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 🍷
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
Instructions:
1. Make the Garlic Butter Steak:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🛢️🔥
Season your steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium rare) or longer if you prefer it well done. 🥩
During the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic cloves, and fresh herbs to the pan. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks. 🍽️
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes. 🍃
2. Make the Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot of salted water for 12-15 minutes, or until tender. 🥔💧
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, sour cream, milk, and mash until smooth. 🧈🥛🍦

For the Crispy Chicken:
2 lbs chicken tenders 🍗
2 cups buttermilk 🥛
1 tbsp hot sauce 🌶️
2 cups flour 🌾
1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper 🧂
Oil for frying 🛢️
For the Cheese Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream 🥛
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup diced red peppers 🌶️
1 tsp garlic powder & salt 🧂
For the Chicken Sandwich:
2 crispy chicken fillets 🍗
1 toasted brioche bun 🍔
Lettuce, pickles, and onions 🥬🥒🧅
Drizzle of cheese sauce 🧀
For the French Fries:
2 large potatoes (cut into fries) 🍟
1 tbsp cornstarch 🌽
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Oil for frying 🛢️

2️⃣ Coat in seasoned flour, then deep fry until golden brown.
