The first few years I grew elderberry, insects ate most of my blossoms. I tried moving them and BAM! They are very happy here and grow effortlessly this year!

Both trees are Redbuds. The first tree was a few dollars where as the second tree (puny) was closer to $300!!!! I suggest you remove (or insist the installer remove those burlaps and they will not want to). Or purchase smaller size and be patient a couple of years because it is certainly healthier and more robust. 🌱

If you have ever breastfed a baby, you know how uncomfortable those first days can be as you adjust and learn with your newborn. With natural ingredients , there is no harm to baby, so no need to remove before nursing. The Calendula infused oil is very healing along with the other ingredients. This can be used for ANY skin irritation really. Feel free to message for the recipe.

After nearly eight years of creating a habitat to attract a wider variety of birds, I’m finally starting to see more species visiting regularly. Learning about the different kinds of birds has been such a fun and rewarding experience.

I did a little research on the ingredients that are found in Roosty’s Gold Dust. Yolk color has been all the rage in chicken circles but ingredients that boost nutritional value, egg laying consistency and general health of your flock is most important. While we love beautiful colored egg yolks, our supplementation goals should be to fill in the gaps our foods and natural foraging might miss. Could I mix this up myself? Sure! But would I stay on top of it? Probably not! So having this on hand is lovely!
