A formal complaint has been filed with the internal affairs department of Stockton Police on Hao Tran Badge #2908 for assault, battery, and continual, habitual, and escalating interference with the right of citizens to record and the right of the press to access.
A couple of days ago, without warning, Hao Tran assaulted accountability journalist AirKqqled Accountability. This was not surprising. We have had several run ins with this officer; who almost always illegally attempts to impede thhe right of citizens to film.

Tran always believes he grants the right to record, repeatedly stating "I don't mind if you film".

Stockton Police have illegally refused to release the video of the George Floyd type killing of Shayne Sutherland as required by law. Today, legal demand via an attorney demanded the full release within 30 days or legal action at tax payers expense will commerce.

Long before David Wells killed Colby Friday and Antwaune Burrise, Stockton residents were protesting his constant harassment of Hispanics and blacks. They warned city council he would kill.. and he did, twice.
Bad Apple- David Wells. Stockton has paid millions to settle his lawsuits... but, more importantly, he has taken sons from mothers and fathers from their children. Both of his shootings were murders.

For Shayne Sutherland's mother, the lies from Stockton PD started the moment Chief Jones' office made the notification of death. The lies and coverup have not stopped. Not even her attorney has been successful in even viewing the unedited footage of Shayne's death. SPD has remained in full coverup mode. Shayne was asphyxiated to death by Stockton Police. The two officers that choked him to death, Ron Zalunardo and John Afanasieve, could deal with you or your children next.

The worst Sovereign Citizen lawless drivers in Stockton are Stockton PD. We've all seen how they drive. They have no regard for the law. Unless cops are responding lights and sirens to an emergency, they must obey the rules of the road (with very few exceptions, none of which apply to any moving violations).

Please send us your video of SPD violating the law. SPD Drivers dangerous and cause multiple accidents per year.

Stockton Police CRT violate my right to record to cover up their crashing a vehicle.

Stockton Police MO: Crash a vehicle and claim THEY got rammed. They used the same line in the killing of Antwaune Burrise (body cam proved SPD did the ramming) and the recent killing of Tracy Gaeta by an unnamed K9 officer (SPD still covering up the details- no cam's released, no officer named).

Stockton CRT - The Community Racist Terrorist Team of Stockton. A wolfpack prowling Stockton profiling drivers and engaging in pretext stops to search vehicles and violate rights.

On numerous occasions, CRT has violated my First Amendment right to record.

Here CRT Ofc Silvey and Ofc Chapelle directly violate my right to record this scene. At no point was I ever close enough to this scene to interfere.

Dirty Skaggs, ever the oath breaker, uses his motorcycle to impede the mother's 1A right to record the scene. He then rides around in circles, signifying that he has perhaps gone completely mentally ill.

Stockton police react immediately to camera presence by interfering with my First Amendment right to record the scene.

We start our new segment "209BadApple Profile" with Stockton's worst Bad Apple - Houston Stephens, aka Houston Sensabaugh.

Houston, as a member of the Community Racist Terrorist (CRT) team was well known
for his aggressive hands on approach to policing and willingness to use his dog to maul suspects, especially if they are POC.

Stockton PD was able to set up two dog Maulings for Houston while *COPS* was filming in Stockton in 2013, giving the *COPS* audience the bloodied "suspects" they love.

Houston has shot and killed two unarmed drivers under very dubious circumstances. He
also wounded a female passenger during one of the shootings.

He has killed a man and wounded another man in separate shootings. A total of 3 killed and 2 wounded by gunfire.

He was filmed using his K9 to maul a disabled man. The city settled that lawsuit.

He was filmed assaulting a woman for filming the police.

Chief Jones responded to community and City Council outrage and protests by PROMOTING Houston Stephens Sensabaugh to sergeant in 2019.

Since then, in 2020, Houston was involved in a 3:30 am drunken bar brawl allegedly "girlfriend problems", in which Manteca cops responded twice!

San Joaquin residents deserve better than waiting this long for a report on a killing by police. This intentional delay starts with the PD and continues at the San Joaquin DA office.

San Joaquin DA Tori Verber-Salazar has not released reports on the following police killings, that were over a year ago.
In all instances, the officers are already back on the streets.
In many instances, a public cover up, including distorting facts
and overt lies by the police agency has occured.
