I love cooking all kinds of foods but my best is Cambodian food because this was the food my grandmother and mother shared with me. After my grandmother passed away so did many of the Cambodian traditional recipes for delicious food. I did learn to cook some of the food while watching my grandmother in the kitchen, but it will never be the same as her.

This recipe is for 5 gallons bucket of crawdads. Adjust the recipe to your portion. Sauce can refrigerate for a long time.

Ingredients:
5 gallons of crawdads
2 pounds of butter
1 package tamarind soup mix (you may use lemon to substitute)
2 cups fish sauce
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon salt
3 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon old bay seasoning
2 Stalks lemongrass (smashed)
1 cup chopped garlic
10 Kaffir lime leaves
100 g galangal
8 white corns
3 pounds potatoes
2 packs 12 oz. hot link sausages
