UPDATE : Doug Vigil.
To whom it may concern.
Doug Vigil will be laid to rest by cremation.
His ashes will be set free in the beautiful San Francisco Bay in the great state of California.
(The Golden Gate Society)

* A celebration of life for Doug Vigil take place one month from now.

On 8/12/25 , Tuesday. 5:30 pm .at City Hall in Stockton Ca. A Proclamation will be presented to the Vigil family . They will receive this Proclamation on behalf of Doug Vigil for his outstanding service to the community.
