Today is National Radio Day AND National Latina Day-that feels really fitting for yours truly. 💅🏽

Radio gives us a mic. Education gives a platform. And being a Latina educator and broadcaster taught me that when we find our voice, we don’t just use it for ourselves: we use it to make room for others.

Because representation isn’t just about who we see. It’s about who gets heard. Cheers to all the Latinas telling stories, teaching, broadcasting, creating, leading, producing, disrupting and making a little more room for quienes vienen detrás de nosotras. 💗

Aquí estamos. Y se nos escucha. 🎤

Through an interview with Student Success Coordinator Tina Leal, this story highlights how the center empowers students by connecting them with academic support, advocacy, and opportunities to thrive.
