The Sunrise Kiwanis Pumpkin Fair is a staple of Manteca's autumn festivities. Hosted by the Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis, this annual event celebrates Manteca's history as a major pumpkin-growing region, often called the "Pumpkin Capital of the World." 🎃
For over 40 years, the Pumpkin Fair has brought the community together for a massive celebration. It attracts over 40,000 people each year to enjoy a variety of activities, including live music, a car show, a pumpkin carving contest, and a kids' zone.
The fair features many vendors selling crafts, food, and other goods. Its proceeds help raise over $40,000 for local organizations, youth programs, scholarships, and other community endeavors. It is the main fundraiser for the Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis. The fair is a great way to support the local community while having fun.
