Accentuate The Positive, Remove The Negative: What Goes On In The Dark
Here is where go from here in efforts to change the culture but to be able to accentuate the postive we have to address, the past present the future and what is holding us back from our potential , when Our potential is being stifled due to multiple overlapping incidences, event, disruptions, displacements or complete selfish thoughtless incredible disrespectful, life altering, life threatening , colleratal damaging series of events, that a helluva level of hardship that goes beyond hardship and just obstacles
I donot know how to approach this in a manner other than rawness genuine earnest efforts to restructure , reinvent , and just completely let go of anyone and everyone who has either come into my life with their own selfish, completely outta line, betrayal , backstabbing , completely just indescribable levels of two-faced , creating and causing more harm than good, self-serving, selfish motives and frankly I am forced into accentuating the positive instead of the negative for my own wellbeing and sanity and in true efforts to seek to disconnect from several foreign and domestic.
Its not just because of one thing, its plenty justifiable reasons for my decision, mainly taking serious advantage of my patience, tolerance and loyalty, and the other is doing despicable life changing , life altering, completely out of order just there are no words for the rendered silent to keep from really hurting several people feelings, Ive come to the decision no one is worth the stress or emotionally violent just classless and complete selfish disregard and hatred several people foreign and domestic have commited and done and violated a level of boundaries and trust, something they each will never be able to gain or even earn back.

In the last few days its frankly been rough, However i am pushing through all this so that I can get to a place where the journey is going to turn into a legacy, that cant be done without simple truths and legit letting go of things that no longer serve me , that either are breaking me or legit are killing me in the sense of my vibe, my thought process , and my goals and goal achieving besides my IAM abundance mindset , that I was already born with.

My experience with Escambia County, Multiple Overlapping Situations Have Legit Reached A Point Of Going Too Far, I AM asking for several arrests to be made including family members . My Mother and At This Point my own child. I had it with the lies and constant abuse and lying to authorities , provoking me 24/7 the family has done for 13.5 years on top of the domestic violence and continued alienation of affection of a parent encouraged by this insidious demon of a grand parent who is determined to avoid accountability , bully , fear monger and threaten and encourage this child to lie on me repeatedly to the point
I will request my child into state custody and supervision, sue the brakes off my mother and her family and sue the soul out of the city for enabling this toxic, borderline deadly antics to go on. Several Firings I AM requesting on several ground of the JPO Keisha R. Lewis failing to do here job, having a nasty vile attitude and repeated micro and macro agressions to address my mother instead of me , willful and repeat not updating me via email or telephone and repeat passive agressive pressing my button as they all do in this city and county and done so in escalations and repeat lying to supervisors when checked about failure to do their jobs, undermining me , repeatedly trying to cause and create problems then lie when checked about the crossing the line and boundaries ,
I want Mrs Wallace her supervisor to also be terminated becuase she is just like her dispicable staff JPO who legit is a complete obnoxious smart mouth, doesnt know how to de-escalate and is just a borderline ignorant and childish and has no business in management to begin with and I DID make the complaints to the state and they have the calls and my concerns are on record about my mother and this trifling JPO and her Supervisor, the calls were recorded becuase escambia county all around the city and county have been doing this for year

that now will move forward to lawsuits criminal and civil that will be moving forward due to multiple warnings and reasons overlapping and due to permanent separation proceedings that are ongoing from family, acquaintances and platforms foreign and domestic

Self Discipline : Make Sure You Are Motivated On A Substantial Basis
Let's get one thing clear. When you decide to become a more self-disciplined person, it's very easy to
find the motivation. After all, you just realized how important it is to be self-disciplined. Its benefits
are still very clear to you in that point in time.
But as the days go by, you start looking at how difficult it is. You start realizing that it's harder than you
originally thought. Sooner or later, your resolve starts to flag. You find yourself slowing down. You start
thinking about focusing on other things.
In fact, the temptations start looking better and better. Here you are, working hard at a goal, putting
one foot in front of the other, when you could take things easy. Better yet, you can choose to take the
day off and just slack off. After all, laziness pays off immediately.
If you find yourself in this situation, I've got some good news for you. Your problem is not your lack of
a clear goal. For you to make it this far, your goal has a clear enough purpose to push you. It's worked
so far.
It's not lack of advanced planning. By laying out if-then statements that account for things that could

Module 4 Lesson: Always Be Ready With A Back Up Plan
Have you ever had everything completely planned , ironed out and in place and BOOM, something happens , your plans are totally shot, your whole blueprint and master plan just jumps out the window and your left with the , what do I do now look on your face?
Think about a master plan and it going left and you realize at that very moment the lesson, having a back up plan, if PLAN A-PLAN C dont work , well there are multiple letters all the way to PLAN Z and well you can circle the alphabet more than 2-3 times before you realize maybe these plans just aint it, let me figure out what works and what doesnt and create a back up plan just in case

we often think this way.
It may not be obvious to us, but when we look at how we respond to unforeseen circumstances or curve balls that life throws our way, this is our response. It's as if we got blindsided. It never occurred
to us that challenges will come.
Make no mistake, when you're trying to practice self-discipline, you're doing something that is not in your nature. Your nature is to take the easy way out, to run towards pleasure, and run away from pain. That is human nature. That's the way we're wired.
You're trying to do something different. You're trying to delay gratification and undergo discomfort now so you can get a massive reward in the future.
Not surprisingly, when people are hit with situations that they didn't anticipate, they are more likely to quit. It hits them from left field. It's such a surprise that it robs them of their resolve, however never give in and keep going

Everyone is concerned, and rightfully so, with managing work time. But, we all have a personal life. Personal time is a luxury, and the more organized we become, the richer we are.
Even when we aren’t at work, time is precious. We spend around 8 hours sleeping, 2 to 3 hours on chores, and if we have a family, we spend several hours caring for others.
Where do we fit into this 24-hour picture? Is there any time left than belongs to just us?
We need our sleep to remain healthy, so that 8 hours is taken. After spending 8 hours at the office or at work, we are left with another 8 hours, which sounds like a lot. But as we’d seen, most of that time is spent the on chores and obligations. When is there ever time to relax or work on personal goals?

world and your experiences. It also means your personal rules, codes, and attitudes
for living.
Consequence: Describes the result or outcome of an event of some kind. In this
book we mainly refer to behaviour and emotional consequences (basically the
kind of results produced by ways of acting or from specific emotions).
Distress: Refers to normal negative human emotions that, though uncomfortable
and unpleasant, don’t cause you long-term problems.
Disturbance: Refers to more extreme, intense negative emotions that can cause
long-term problems and interfere significantly in your life.

Distractions are the modern-day Bonnie and Clyde. They rob of needed time. It’s impossible to be productive when you allow yourself to be surrounded by distraction – and, yes, it is a choice. While there is little you can do when the boss appears at your office door (we’ve already discussed scheduling that into your routine), spend a day making a list of the things that eat away your time. Then, eliminate them.
