My name is Monique Njontu. I am a nurse with over 12 years of experience, a devoted wife, a mother of five, and an immigrant who came to the United States searching for a better life—and found a system I had to learn the hard way. Like many families, I believed that more degrees and more hours would bring security. Instead, they brought exhaustion, stress, and less time with the people who mattered most. Everything changed when I was introduced to financial education. For the first time, I learned:
How money works
How to protect income
How to grow wealth intentionally
How to plan for retirement and college
How to build generational wealth
That knowledge gave me something I had never experienced before: peace of mind. Today, I educate and guide families—especially immigrants, parents, and hardworking professionals—who want better options than living paycheck to paycheck. My approach is simple:

Integrity before commission
People before profit
I believe financial freedom is not about working nonstop—it’s about working smart, building with purpose, and creating time for what matters most.
