This home actually was under contract with another buyer- but that buyer had a contingency we didn’t. Ian & Terri knew they wanted the home & they came to play with a great solid offer and BUMPED out the other offer- this happens in real estate, but people don’t realize it’s an option

🙋🏻‍♀️WHO else is using this “holiday” week to clean their house? Just spent 2 hours cleaning our storage space in basement- now hauling it over to the Goodwill!

I’ve helped TOO many sellers that had to take weeks to clean out their home before selling because they avoided tasks like this.

Set a goal this break- clean at least one junk drawer, the basement, a closet, your trunk, something- you’ll thank me when you need to move 🤣

💡 ALSO, PRO TIP- I like to pay my 8 yr old a couple of bucks to organize cabinets and drawers for me. She loves it and I get to have a clean drawer without the effort 😆

❤️What is something that makes your house feel like a home?

For me, it’s home cooking! The smells, the taste… it’s all LOVE to me. I was busy deep in cooking dinner and walked away. When I came back I couldn’t help but chuckle at this mess. I still had another cutting board on my island covered with veggies.

Mess does make me stressed, but cooking mess like this, doesn’t!

What’s for dinner tonight? For us it’s sumac chicken & onions and a homemade Fatoush salad! 🍋 🥗

⭐️ Small Business Saturday Spotlight ⭐️

A business I wanted to share for is Till Family Farms! They’re a local farm in I discovered this summer at the Cuyahoga Valley Farmer’s Market. On a whim I picked up their Blackberry Vanilla Jam & caramels! One bite of a Salted Caramel & I was HOOKED. They’re the softest & best taste, unlike anything you can buy in the store.

They pride themselves on the basics- clean ingredients. Their caramels are made with Raw honey, butter, cream, and organic Madagascar vanilla- so you don’t feel SO bad eating them.

Before I ran off for Thanksgiving with my family in California, I texted the owner and she LAST minute let me pick up a bunch of caramels and soaps! They have a new Krampusnaucht soap they make and I brought a bunch to give out for Thanksgiving to my California family.
