Anyone else have a water cup/bottle obsession? Oh only our house, ok then!

Next up……water intake!

The kids and I have been making “Fancy Water” and trying to increase our water intake. I know the drink packets aren’t for everyone so this might not be the post for you. If you need a little help increasing your water intake then these are a nice addition to the pantry. You can make your “Fancy Water” as strong or weak as you like. If you use only a portion of the packet it is still giving you a bit a flare in your water. You could also use sparkling water for a bit of bubbly.

A different protein shake option that my kids love that is also shelf stable is the Nurri Ultra-Filtered Milk Shake.

How many people drink protein shakes?

I usually always have a protein shake with my coffee in the morning. These mix into coffee well and you can fancy them up to be like those specialty coffee shop drinks or just with coffee and both is great! If you don’t like coffee that’s ok, they do also taste great alone.

I have also heard you can use in the ninja CREAMi to make your own high protein ice cream.

Protein is great for muscle recovery so if your kids are busy sports kids this is a fast option that is more shelf stable than regular milk for after workout recovery.

Hey Friends!

It’s been a while! I am so excited to let you all know that you can still get handmade earrings from La-De-Da Accessories by way of this page but the page is getting an upgrade as well. We will have a name change sometime over the next 60 days to “MaRanda’s Marvelous Lifestyle Finds”.

My vision for the page will be to bring you deal finds on our favorites as well as anything for the lifestyle of an individual or a parent/spouse. We will bring you deal finds on household essentials, sports equipment, kitchen gadgets, clothes, lawn furniture or entertainment, accessories, trends and everything in between.

If you know me I am usually always shopping around for the best deal before purchasing it’s just a habit. Nothing wrong with saving a few bucks where you can. Obviously if I have already done the hard part why would I not want to share it with my people.
