Here's a couple questions we asked Hunter Barthels about his guide service.

Q. How long have you been guiding?
A. I have been guiding for 6 years.

Q. What's the biggest fish a client has ever shot?
A. Biggest fish a client has shot was 7’ 8”.

Q. What made you want to make the switch to MegaMouth reels?
A. I swapped over from other reels to MegaMouth because I wanted a strong reel that had the best drag for big fish and also a very fast arrow retrieval is nice. I tried a couple other brands before MegaMouth and nothing held up in the saltwater like a MegaMouth.

Q. How many MegaMouth reels do you have for your guiding service?
A. We have over 20 mm reels on all of our bows.

Q. What is your favorite aspect of the MegaMouth reel?
A. The pure drag stopping power it has and also the reliability I need for fishing almost every day in salt and freshwater.

Q. What bows do you use for your guiding service?
A. I use custom G-NAT bows from Joey Greenwall.
