Since April 18th of last year, my life has been completely upended. I lost a job I loved more than words can express when the store closed. Not long after, I also lost my second job—the one I didn’t enjoy but still showed up for every day. Then, within just five months of each other, I lost both of my parents. Now, I’m facing the loss of my home as well.
I know the “just get a job” advice is well-intentioned, but I’ve been doing everything I possibly can on that front. At this point, I’ve exhausted nearly all my options. I’m reaching out here with humility, essentially asking for any help that might be possible—whether that’s practical support, leads, or simply prayers.
