OSCEOLA — Dave Shram has been dealing in comic books for nearly 40 years. Opening his first comic book store in Minneapolis, Minn., in 1986, he moved to York and opened Dave’s Cards and Comics in 1991.

OSCEOLA - On Saturday, 120 people gathered for Osceola’s second annual garden tours. This is a community event fundraiser for the Osceola Community Action Group.

The Nance County Sheriff's Office released the name of Thursday's drowning victim on Friday. The victim has been identified as Adrian E. Harlow of Central City. She was a student at High Plains.

STROMSBURG - Monday evening was the fashion show and quilt show at Midwest Covenant Home. Everyone did very well and it seemed rare that there were more boys in the fashion show than girls this year.
