We are thrilled to present "Spotlight on Vocal Chamber Music," a journey through the sacred chapels of 17th and 18th-century Europe. From the baroque brilliance of Bach and Handel to the classical mastery of Haydn, this program highlights the intimate beauty of the human voice paired with strings and continuo.

💫 🎶 Heralded as a modern choral ensemble in the Northeast OH area —
Please join us for our Fall Concert program of our '25-26 Season, entitled "The Call of Beauty". Collaborating with the instrumental musings of the brilliant VoxMix Collective, this concert features incredible works by Cecelia McDowall (UK), Taylor Scott Davis, and Dame Annie Lennox, as well as other choral collections inspired by legends like Dolly Parton, Irving Berlin, and Carly Simon.

Of special note is a choral setting by Michael John Trotta, Intimations of Immortality. The five-movement cantata-like work explores the well-known Ode by Romantic poet, William Wordsworth, whose poetry stems from his recollections, hints, inklings, or indirect suggestions about early childhood. Trotta's exciting approach to the poetry features the choir, two soloists, piano, strings, oboe and horn.

🍂 Our first of two engagements this fall, call a friend and join us for our return to the Music at Bath Concert Series on Sunday, November 23rd at 5pm in the Sanctuary of The Bath Church, 3980 West Bath Road in Akron. Ample accessible parking.

TRUMPETS NEEDED! The Video Game Symphony is searching for an assistant trumpet to join our talented trumpet crew.

The VGS is one of the leading video game orchestras in the world, coming hot off our Severance debut, and has upcoming concerts at Akron Civic Theatre, Playhouse Square, the Maltz Performing Arts Center, Colossalcon, and many more.

We are also recruiting trumpets for our two exciting sister symphonies, the Cinematic Symphony Orchestra and the Press Play Orchestra.
