We flew into one of the most remote parts of northern Saskatchewan Canada 🇨🇦 this past May—no roads, just raw wilderness and a sandy beach with a floatplane dock, and a lodge with all the comforts of home nestled into the tree line.

This is Labora Outfitters Inc.….and there’s no better place to be.

Deep Fork Productions just wrapped filming the final 3 episodes of Venatura Excursions - Season 1 in the Gulf of America! 🇺🇸 aboard the Quantified. From snapper and mahi to sailfish and marlin — this Mumme’s Customer Appreciation Trip was nothing short of unforgettable!

Mumme's has built their name in the hunting world, but to thank their customers they did something different…and we were there to capture every second for Venatura Excursions, airing now on the The Sportsman Channel. 📺

This past week, part of our Deep Fork Productions Web Team traveled to the beautiful 1.6 million acre, Fort Apache Indian Reservation in Arizona to meet in person with the our clients from the White Mountain Apache Tribe Game and Fish Department.

We’re currently halfway through developing their brand-new website—an advanced digital platform that will bring permit sales online, highlight world-class elk hunting, white water rafting, and fishing opportunities, and support conservation across one of the most unique outdoor regions we have ever seen!

The purpose of our visit was to gain deeper insight from the departments leadership, field personnel, and permit vendors—ensuring the final product reflects the real needs of those who use it every day. We were incredibly humbled by the hospitality, the stories shared, and the beauty of the land. This experience is directly shaping how we design and build the site moving forward.

We’re honored to be part of this project and can’t wait to share more soon..... This is just one of the many new projects we have going on at the moment! We are blessed.....

Great way to start ICAST 2025! Cody, Mistie and I had dinner with Monte Daniels, Executive Director of Programming and Mitch Petrie, VP of Programming for The Sportsman Channel and Outdoor Channel. Then we went over across the street to extend the evening with some great clients but more so pretty much family! 1st day starts tomorrow morning on the show floor….

Each year this as we prepare for ICAST, this memory really hits us hard from all angles personally and professionally, and this year is no different. Little did we know after an incredible meeting and planning to produce a new tv series for Toby, he would pass away 7 months later during the planning stages. It was still an incredible opportunity to meet him!

What an amazing time at ICAST 2023!!! I am speechless the opportunity that has blessed Deep Fork Productions these past 2 days! After a great meeting today with his company Luck "E" Strike and hearing Toby’s vision I invited him and the crew to our OSG party tonight with LoCash. He showed up in a big way to hang out all night and even got up on stage and stole the show. He is back! Can’t wait talk more later about their vision for LuckEStrike and how we can help.

This might be the most talked-about series we’ve ever launched!
Drummond Ranch has only been live for a couple of weeks on YouTube, and it’s already making serious waves—over 50,000+ subscribers and averaging over 165,000+ views across each of the first three releases.

Back in August 2023, Ladd Drummond reached out to us with his vision. While The Pioneer Woman - Ree Drummond has given fans quick glimpses of ranch life over the years, he felt there was so much more to show—and he wanted it told the right way. Within days after our initial conversation, the Deep Fork Productions team had cameras in Pawhuska.

As Ree Drummond said, “We hope this series shows the hard work and business side of cattle ranching… the real stars are the cowboys (and cowgirls!), cattle, horses, weather, markets, ups, downs, and everything in between.”

That’s exactly what we set out to capture—and more! From working cattle to family milestones and day-to-day cowboy way of life, Drummond Ranch gives viewers a deeper look at life on the land and the next generation stepping in to carry it forward.

We’re currently at the ranch now and currently have over 25 episodes already produced. We’re proud that Deep Fork Productions was trusted to bring this story to life from start to finish—and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

About a year ago, we were called into action by Mumme's down in South Texas, and what started as an idea quickly turned into one of the most action-packed shows we’ve ever produced.

Venatura Excursions follows Mumme’s employees, customers, and special guests on unforgettable hunts and fishing trips across some of the wildest landscapes out there. From dove season in the dove capital of the world—Hondo, Texas—to chasing elk in New Mexico with a 96-year-old Korean War veteran… From big game in West Texas, to mule deer and desert bighorn in Sonora, Mexico, to South Texas whitetails and deep-sea fishing in the Gulf of America—our Deep Fork cameras have been there, capturing every moment!

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but that’s only because we’ve been behind the camera and in the editing bay, bringing 4 new series to life!

Each one has a purpose.....Whether it’s rebranding a longtime favorite, telling stories that have needed to be told for many years, or creating something brand new that gives back in a meaningful way to the people who make it all possible —employees and customers —we can’t wait to start sharing them with you!

With the just around the corner, and as a veteran-owned company, we felt today was the perfect time to share the one close to our hearts: Heroes Ranch, premiering tonight at 9:30pm EST / 8:30pm CST on The Sportsman Channel.

This series is a tribute to the veterans, first responders, and individuals with special needs who’ve sacrificed so much. Each episode follows a different Hero and their family as they experience healing, adventure, and connection at an incredible place.

It’s more than a show. It’s a mission.
