I got a chance to tag along with the crew as they interviewed Joey for an upcoming edition of Pocono Mountains Magazine.

It’s not often you get to witness the pure joy and excitement on someone’s face as they teach someone something they are passionate about. 🎣 Captain Joe is one of those people.

Despite being followed around and being interviewed by our team all day, Captain Joe was at ease as he taught Deanna the ropes and showed her some tips and tricks of fishing with live bait and fly fishing for the first time.

Closed by severe storms in 2018, George W. Child’s Park is set to reopen in 2024. The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area has been busy rebuilding and restoring this beautiful gem featuring historic trails, ruins, and waterfalls.
