🇲🇽 Today at the Azteca, 17-year-old Gilberto Mora became the youngest player ever to represent Mexico at a World Cup. He came on as a substitute to a massive ovation from 87,500 people — and received a huge cheer from the crowd the moment he touched the ball.

He started his career at Club Tijuana. The same city where Iran's World Cup team woke up this morning. The same city that became the most important diplomatic address in world football this week because Mexico said yes when the co-host nation said no. Tonight a teenager from that city played in the opening match of the biggest World Cup in history — in the only stadium in history to host three opening matches — and the Azteca welcomed him like he belonged there. Because he does.

🚨 Day one success: Port St. Lucie's new police drone program saves a life

The city's new Drone as First Responder program proved its value immediately, helping locate a missing autistic woman near a canal before officers could arrive on scene.

"This program is about saving lives, and on day one, that's exactly what it helped us do," said Police Chief Leo Niemczyk.

Torino Regional Park is officially rising on North Torino Parkway — and when it opens, it'll be one of the biggest parks on the entire Treasure Coast.

We just got Stars & Stripes Park at Tradition. Now PSL's NEXT flagship park is moving dirt. Here's the scope:
