π₯π£ WEEKEND FISHING FORECAST IS HERE! π£π₯
The Treasure Coast is setting up for an incredible weekend on the water! Light winds, 2-3 foot seas, and warm summer water temperatures should make for excellent opportunities both offshore and inshore. The key will be getting out early and taking advantage of the calm mornings before the afternoon thunderstorms roll in.
π¬ Offshore action continues to be strong, with mahi around w**d lines, kingfish on the reefs, and quality snapper and grouper on deeper structure. But the hottest buzz this week has come from the swordfishing grounds, where some incredible bluefin tuna have been caught. These fish are rare visitors to South Florida waters, and they have everyone talking. If youβre making the deep run, keep your eyes open and be ready, anything can happen out there!
π Inshore, the summer bite remains on fire. Snook are chewing around docks, bridges, and inlet areas, while tarpon continue to roll at first light and around sunset. Trout, mangrove snapper, and redfish are adding to the action throughout the lagoons and flats.
βοΈ Expect scattered afternoon thunderstorms each day, so plan accordingly and keep an eye on the radar.
β WEEKEND RATING: 4.5/5 β
From trophy snook and rolling tarpon to mahi offshore and the possibility of giant bluefin tuna on the sword grounds, this weekend is loaded with opportunity. Get out there, stay safe, and make some memories!
