Su***de Prevention Day cuts deep for me. I lost my husband, John David Raab, to su***de, and that pain is something I carry every single day. We sure love our favorite herb farmer and tea dealer! Thankful you chose rest with us today 🤍

I’ve been farming for 3 years, and this August just about broke me. Between the heat, the bugs, and the bone-dry fields… it’s been rough. 🥵

So today, instead of pushing through another brutally hot day, I’m choosing rest. Sometimes you don’t need to quit—you just need to refill your cup. 💆‍♀️🌿
