We are incredibly proud of our employees in the Liberal Subarea, who joined together this holiday season to donate gifts to Soldiers of Christ for children in the Liberal area. Congratulations to Our Leaders!

We are proud to congratulate Lt. Acosta, Sgt. Vela, and Sgt. Nau on graduating from the Law Enforcement Leadership Academy – Command School on December 4th at the KU Conference Center in Lawrence KS.

This prestigious 300-hour, competency-based program prepares command-level law enforcement leaders through advanced classroom instruction and applied coursework. The training focuses on real-world leadership, ethical decision-making, organizational management, and community-focused policing.

Throughout the program, participants develop skills in:
• Building organizational trust and integrity
• Leading and motivating teams
• Strategic management and problem-solving
• Change leadership and innovation
• Public service excellence and community collaboration

In partnership with the University of Kansas Public Management Center, graduates also have the opportunity to earn the Certified Public Manager® credential through additional coursework and a capstone project.
