Maple breakfast biscuit buns…. You heard it right. It’s a whole brunch wrapped up in a beautiful handheld consumable apparatus.

Maple Breakfast Biscuit Buns

1 lb thick cut bacon
1 lbs crumbled sausage
6 eggs scrambled
6-8 slices American cheese
2 tubes grands biscuits
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
Seasoning to taste
Parsley or chives (garnish)

1. Fry bacon, sausage, and eggs on griddle. Set aside
2. Take crumbled sausage and put in tin with rendered fat. Slowly add flour in and when mixture thickens up, add in your milk slowly to create a gravy.
3. Take all biscuits and combine them. Roll out and layer bacon, eggs, and cheese inside and drizzle with maple syrup.Cut into strips with pizza cutter and roll into buns.
4. Place buns on warming rack and cover- or bake in pizza oven. This should take about 20-25 min before n medium/high heat or 375 degrees in pizza oven
5. Spoon sausage gravy on top of buns, garnish with parsley or chives and serve.

Servings (3-6 buns)

Sloppy joes got left in the 90's...but Messy Giuseppe is so 2026

Took a childhood favorite/staple and gave it a fresh twist with some added heat, sweet,and all around flavor.

Recipe below 👇🏻



1 lb shredded beef
1 lb shredded pork
1 lb fresh mozzarella sliced
1 cup sliced hot cherry peppers
1 cup sweet roasted red peppers
1 large sweet onion
2 large store bought pizza dough
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 cup grated parm
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup Graza high heat olive oil
1.5 cups marinara sauce
1 stick butter melted

1. Prepare your garlic knot bun by cutting pizza dough and half and forming into a bun shape. Let it proof at room temp and bake in oven/pizza oven for 20 min at 425 degrees. Make mixture for the top using your minced garlic, parsley, melted butter, and Graza

2 With your griddle on medium-high add all your peppers and onions and sauté with your Graza olive oil

3. Add your shredded beef and pork to the griddle. Combine with your peppers and onions mixture.

4. Add marinara sauce to mixture annd separate into (4) portions. Top with fresh mozzarella and done to melt.

5. Once cheese is melted, dip bun in garlic mixture and slice in half. Add your Messy Giuseppe portion and top with fresh basil.

Makes 4 servings
