In this video, I explore a simple idea that has changed the way I think about anxiety, grief, and everyday stress: tension and ease don’t have to be opposites. With practice, it’s possible to create moments of ease even while life is still unfolding.

We also talk about practices like hypnosis, Yoga Nidra, EFT tapping, breathwork, and meditation that may help strengthen that skill over time.

What if we’ve been chasing the wrong goal? 🥅

Most of us wait for the tension to disappear before we allow ourselves to feel okay.

But what if ease isn’t something that comes after stress…

What if it’s something you can learn to experience alongside it? 🤔

That doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine.

It means building the ability to stay connected to yourself, even when life feels uncertain.

I’ve found practices like hypnosis, Yoga Nidra, EFT tapping, meditation, and breathwork can all help cultivate that capacity over time.

The goal isn’t a life without tension.

The goal is becoming someone who can hold both.
