Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.
This Chicken & Veggies Bake feeds the whole family for under $14, and it’s loaded with flavor thanks to Elizabeth’s Salt and Chipotle.

What’s inside:
• 1 lb carrots
• 1 lb baby potatoes
• 1 onion
• Light oil
• Chicken thighs seasoned generously with Unkie’s Seasoning

Toss the veggies, layer the chicken on top, and bake at 350°F for 75 minutes.
Simple, affordable, firehouse-approved.
