Scottsdale-based Cavan Companies has officially broken ground on Signal Butte & Germann, a three-building, Class A light industrial development in Mesa’s Signal Butte industrial corridor.

Located at 7423 S. Signal Butte Road in Mesa, Signal Butte & Germann will span 4.1 acres and deliver three 15,007-square-foot freestanding buildings, each on an individual legal parcel, allowing for flexibility in ownership while maintaining the functionality of a multi-building industrial campus.

The public will get a chance to voice its opinion on the Scottsdale Unified School District proposed 2026-27 budget during the governing board’s June 23 meeting.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. at the Mohave District Annex, 8500 E Jackrabbit Road.

The proposed budget is just under $398 million.
